Atelier Elena uses the details you choose to share to review your consultation and respond through your preferred contact method. Please do not send payment details, identity documents or sensitive information about a recipient.

Your request and contact details are stored in our protected consultation database. Trusted commercial operators receive a limited notification in a private Telegram group. Albert handles commercial follow-up; Elena is involved internally where craft or production decisions are needed.

We keep your request while it is being reviewed and followed up, and retain the history needed to manage the relationship. Access is restricted to authorized operators. Backups and Telegram copies may remain until their normal retention or removal process completes.

We do not send your personal details to analytics. Essential operator-session cookies protect the private admin area. The consultation uses this tab’s temporary storage only for submission and receipt-recovery credentials, not your draft answers. Unsent drafts are not saved on our server.

To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, choose “General question” in the consultation and include your reference if you have one. We may confirm your identity before making changes. Please use your own contact details; do not share another person’s private information unnecessarily.
